THE PREMIUM BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE
Booking times are 12pm-2pm, or 3pm-5pm
To book a 2 hour Premium or Interactive Birthday Party package, please contact us at 705-745-2333 or book below.
- A $40 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
- A waiver form must be read signed by the parent or legal guardian of each child
- The Rock and Rope Climbing Centre will supply two belay staff (a person that operates a belay device and handles the rope to ensure the safety of a climber) for the birthday party. We will add belay staff so as to maintain a ratio of 1 belay staff to every 5 kids
- Parents or Adults must be on hand to supervise kids while they are in the boulder room
- The cost of the birthday party/event is $25/climber with a minimum charge for 6 people + HST
- We will provide climbing helmets, harnesses, and shoes for each climber (no extra charge)
- We will provide a lounge space with table and chairs for the party/event, however you are responsible for providing your own plates, table cloth, cutlery, and cups
- The birthday party/event will run for 2 hours. Here is a suggested format
- first hour climbing
- ½ hour for cake, presents, and refreshments
- the last ½ hour climbing
- Everyone attending the birthday party/event must strictly adhere to the “Gym Rules” of the Rock and Rope Climbing Centre
- Prices do not include HST

Forward this link to each parent in your invitation to fill out ahead time so the waivers can be saved in our system when you arrive. Please note that grandparents are not permitted to fill out waiver forms for their grandchildren.
